My employer and I thought it would be interesting to do a food critic segment in his business show because I dine out with my family often. The segment is part of Ocean County Business TV, which airs on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Sundays at 6:30 PM, and Fridays and Saturdays at 6:00 PM on Comcast Cable channel 19 in Ocean County, NJ.
